This is a review for real estate agent Mark Philion. I would like to commend Mark for the outstanding work that he has done, with helping and assisting in the sale of my home. Selling homes can be an emotional time for sellers and it was for me. I found Mark to be a support and helped me with not only facing the sale of a home, but with its memories. Mark is very experienced with home sales and one of the things that I really liked is how good he is on the computer with running numbers, helping with pricing, dealing with other agents and a number of other skills. At no time did I ever feel that he was not looking out for my best interests during this time. I would highly recommend Mark to represent you also.

At first, you'll be put at ease by how effortless it is to chat with Mark. He'll make you feel comfortable, and like you've made a very good decision. Later on, you'll revisit this evaluation somewhat when you realize you're now working with the real estate version of the guy from Taken or Jason Bourne - a man seemingly able to predict every move the players will make, a man who navigates the complexities of the real estate landscape and home ownership with the agility and finesse of an elite operative. Honest and forthright. It was refreshing dealing with a realtor who gave you all the information upfront which allowed me to do my due diligence and find the best available deal that there was. He is super Responsive, he’s gotta stop replying to emails while he’s on vacation, and always looking out for his client. Once he knew what I wanted, he would even call me and tell me that x or y showing wasn’t worth my time. He is punctual and willing to do all the showings with you. I highly recommend him and will only deal with him from now on for all my future real estate purchases and sales!
