With endless optimism and a solution/results based attitude you won’t find a better realtor than Mark Philion! We met Mark on a cold night in November 2022. The first words out of his mouth were, “Welcome to your new home!” You couldn’t help but be excited and enthused at the idea that this would be an amazing new beginning. We didn’t end up buying that home but it was the absolute best beginning to a home buying experience we could have ask for. Mark, with his wife and now partner, Janet helped us identify and view homes that best fit our needs despite it being a rough housing market, at the time. He was able to answer all our questions with certainty and when he didn’t know an answer he’d quickly get the information through his many resourceful connections. He even helped us find a lender. Early 2023 we moved into or new home. Mark was there right through the final walkthrough and closing; despite the fact he was recovering from knee surgery. Is hard to imagine anything preventing Mark from fulfilling his career commitment of helping people find their much loved new homes. If you’re lucky enough, as we were, to have your first contact around home purchasing be from Mark Philion you are going to have a great experience!

Honest and forthright. It was refreshing dealing with a realtor who gave you all the information upfront which allowed me to do my due diligence and find the best available deal that there was. He is super Responsive, (he’s gotta stop replying to emails while he’s on vacation) and always looking out for his client. Once he knew what I wanted, he would even call me and tell me that x or y showing wasn’t worth my time. He is punctual and willing to do all the showings with you. I highly recommend him and will only deal with him from now on for all my future real estate purchases and sales!
